Not prerequisite to individual classes in this schedule, but definitely recommended for anyone looking to build a bit more confidence in basic skills.
The Chef 101 will focus on knife skills and getting familiar with the different cooking technics. Our Chefs will make you feel more comfortable taking on a recipe on your own, and understanding the timing on getting the meal ready!
Composed of “mini-series” to suit cooks with different levels of experience,
each “mini-series” contains 4 classes, and will focus on a different level of skills.
All classes are hands on, and each student get to work on its own station. Students will enjoy the food they made at the end of class with the Chef Instructor.
