Our “Chef 102” Series will bring you to the next level. This series of classes complete our Chef 101 Series by adding flavors from around the world.
Different techniques of cooking will be used as well as new proteins and flavors to be included in the dishes prepared.
Class 1 – Italian Cuisine
From fresh pasta to hearty soup, you will perfection your ability to get that special Italian twist to your daily cooking.
Class 2 – Mediterranean Flair
Such a wonderful part of the world, full of intense flavors. The dishes will use lots of fresh vegetables and delicate fish and seafood combine with the Mediterranean spices.
Class 3 – Fish as the Main Course
Whether pan-roasting, baking or grilling, fish does not take very long to cook. The trick, then, is to have most of the meal ready to go before you start cooking the main course.
Class 4 – Mastering Sauces
As we offer several other sauce classes, this class will teach you the ratio and secret of a good sauce and includes sauces for fish, meat and pasta
