 These are NOT COOKING CLASSES, but a classroom-style lecture with wonderful food & wine taught by Chef Laurent Brazier.  Each class features a 5-course “small plates” meal with wine pairings, and you will learn how to pair wine with the dishes, why some wines work better than others, and the basic principals of matching wine with your favorite dishes.
