Menu: Selection of cheeses from around the World. From Triple Cream, to Aged Cheddar, Italian Semi Hard cheese, and of course Blue! 6 wines will be paired with our Cheese selection, plus an additional 2 dessert wines to pair with the Blue.
These are NOT COOKING CLASSES, but a classroom-style lecture with wonderful food & wine taught by Chef Laurent Brazier. Each class features a 5-course “small plates” meal with wine pairings, and you will learn how to pair wine with the dishes, why some wines work better than others, and the basic principals of matching wine with your favorite dishes.
